I had the exact same problem. So I simply inserted that file into my internal memory, like it said in step 6. Took a while to figure that one out though! EDIT: I GOT IT WORKING!!! Thanks so much guys

Cannot find the tr_v2.apk file EDIT: Fixed it! Thanks for the help! If you have trouble finding tr_v2.apk, try using a different computer to redo the whole process. Worked for me.
