That's a good point I tried to give as much detail as possible. But yeah I was transferring to a raid0 of Samsung 840ssd's so the pc hard drive wasn't the limiting factor. Was also using the USB cord that came with the phone. I wonder what's going on.

Look up the app Folder Mount. I assume it needs root though and I just got 3 shields so I don't know if they are rootable or not. Or what firmware they are even running.

depending on your recovery you should be able to still flash it even though the MD5's are off. I'm running 16 now, (on the newest twrp recovery btw) and would upgrade to 17 if there were any changes made but I don't think there were.

Maybe a radio flash or kernel I could flash on 4.4.2 it is the cyanogen nightly but I can switch roms if necessary also.
