Just did mine. Phoenix is running great. I totally agree that the directions are a bit hazy. But they are complete. Just use twrp for everything. And Odin the pb1. But like I said. Just follow the direction. It's all there.

DG!!!!!!! Love the build. Been sticking with this build since it started!! I've lived with the data drops because its never been a big deal to airplane out of it. Its random and not constant so livable for me. I haven't tried IMO kernel yet just stuck with ktoonz. Battery life suffers for me...
