Yep, It is under settings/Internet Sharing.

Go in to root manager and grant all apps root, should be the first toggle/switch. Then open WP 7 root tools. Make your changes then go back to root manager and turn of the grant all apps root switch/toggle just to be safe. Sent from my Lumia 710 using Board Express

use WP7 root tools to edit the registry go to Current User/controlpanel/Brightness there you can edit the values of the brightness selected in the settings menu. I work in a dark room so I set the the LowBrightness value to 1 and it works pretty good.

Qualcom is unlocked and DLOAD, I believe is for stock roms.

are you on tmobile? I had that problem, I called them and had them turn on visual voicemail (its free) and then in call setting turned the visual voicemail on. The notification went away.
