Just a other way to say/ask: Is there someone able to modify the WP7.8 Firmware of the Lumia 710 that the Flashlight flashes if there is a notification (Light Alert)? :D Would be really nice, im also interested :D

open it with winrar or win zip i guess and the biggest file (around 400mb) should be the file you need to put on your desktop (or somewhere else) and rename it to the name given to all the ROMs, sry dont want to watsch after that name ;DDD

thats why i wont buy a wp phone anymore. its really annoying and not SMARTphone like!

its not a problem of software, its a wanted feature of microsoft, wp7 doesnt have any multitastking, so if you turn of wifi and whatsapp is running, wifi is turned off for some minutes and if you turn on screen, wifi connects and whatsapp gets your messages, thats what i realized.. :D next phone...

Have you synced your Phone in the last time with Zune? it should show you the latest update, sry if i cant say if you have the latest FW but i don't own the 800 :D if you have no Zune, or its not show any update, then you should watch in your Settings on your Phone, theres a update option ;)...

okey, i cant remember the old one but i think its better now ;D, will try your ROM till i found too many bugs (i dont think so ;)) or till you have an update :D about the Bootloop thing, its not ROM related, my Phone restarts multiple times when charger is plugged in ;D i dont know why xD so...

when my Phone arrived, it has the Nokia Bootloader installed, i full unlocked it and now have Qualcom (message from PC when pluging in)

Hey guys, i have installed the 7.8 from Navifirm today and after just 2 Hours the Battery is from 100% to 75% :ooo is this a bug, anything new in this Version like Background Data? i don't know why its draining so fast :/ maybe you can all post your expirience and find a solution :D

okey, i managed it with the Custom ROM Flasher out there on the Forum, just downloaded the EU White Version for my 710 and opened the largest file with winrar archiver and extracted it to my desktop. After that i renamed it to os-new.nb and flashed it with the tool :) :D

hey guys, i have seen the threads about the 7.8 update on navifirm, im new to wp7 updating and so on... :/ i wanted to install the update but i dont know how, can anyone explain step by step??? My Phone has unlocked Qualcomm bootloader and custom rom so i cant update via Zune... im from Germany...

sry but is the Rataplan ROM not just for the 710? think thats the problem..

would be really nice! :D i dont understand why Nokia haven't done it by their own, also that you just can unlock phone with unlock/power button :/ Microsoft should Change that :D

if you are just friendly to ppl which gave you something youre an poor guy.. we should be more social in this forum even if the dev gave you trash for your Phone, he has done it for free. think about your opinion. EDIT: this is my last comment about this bcaus its offtopic but needed -.-

He has done the work for free so you can be more friendly i think.

if you do not like the work the dev has done go bake your own ROM and come back to show that you can do some more.:eek:

thanks for your advice, it has white things on the USB Port and i think its bricked like my LG Phone :D they wont repair water damaged phones cheap in germany :(

i think it has water damage because he found it in the rain after loosing it xD
