I am also facing problems with Internet Sharing. There was no problem in ver8.1 but it does not work in ver9. Other devices are able to connect to my device, but they do not get internet access unless the 'H' (HSDPA) symbol appears. But the only symbol that appears is '3G'. It does not change...

I am using 8.1.. and I use internet sharing almost daily... But I do not face this problem.. You shouldn't have gone back to the previous version.. You should have tried a hard reset..

I think the phone has been reset I think the phone is reset entirely.. and the reason you couldn't connect to zune is because you haven't completed the initial boot procedures... There are many ways to get your phone started... But I don't think its of any use unless, you have your screen...

Even I faced the same problem, this is how I fixed it.. Check If you have QUALCOMM boot loader in your phone. If you do have, then go into osbl mode and reinstall your rom or install any new rom using lumia 710 downloader... These steps worked for me, hope they do for you too...:good:
