Did you do a Hard Rest after Flashing the New ROM? Try this.. Have the Registry Editor Root Permissions? Have you tried to set root Permission for all Apps?

Hey Dude, can you upload your config.txt file pls. So I can take a look on it. In my acse the problme is the TV when I plug the pi in an other Device (Video Projector) then it plays the Sound. Did you trie'd RASPBMC?

Tomorrow I will try a BlueRay Player. Will write the Results. But I think there is no chance to get that TV playing Sound from the Pi.

I have tried to play a mp4/H264-Mp3-Video same Result, no Sound. When I Link the Pi to an Video Projector (Mono Sound) I become Sound only the FullHD Samsung TV wont work. I read about Problems with Samsung TV's so I think I need to Buy an other one.
