I think he means you have to unzip the firmware first, then flash AP/BL/CP separately, also choose between CSC and HOME_CSC. If you choose HOME_CSC I think you can keep your original CSC, but I'm not sure so don't quote me on that. Like this (S7 firmware just as an example):

Hey guys, first of all big thank you to everyone involved in this project. I'm getting some "Google Play Services stopped" messages, which gapps are you guys using? My phone is also slowing down with time which is solved by a soft reset, maybe related to the gapps issue, not sure.

I love this app. The design is pretty spot on, is there a way to keep it always on like on Moto X and Lumia phones? Like just showing the clock even if there is no notification. I have an AMOLED screen so I assume it won't drain much battery.

I had this problem. Solved by itself. What happens is when you reply a facebook message via integrated message app you'll stop receiving messages until you disconnect and connect again. Seen to be a problem with live integration with facebook, hope it'll be fixed with the new revamp they'll do...
