What recovery are you using as you can sideload through adb allowing you to push roms. The options is normally found under advanced. To push use the following command. adb push romname.zip /filelocationonphonehere/ Hope this helps

I know my device(From the Netherlands Sim Unlock) is on WWE firmware. Is yours carrier branded? My advice would be to try Reinstalling CWM through HTC One AIO toolkit and then place the backup back in the CWM folder. Maybe that will work.

I have noticed that certain Radio's cause dramatic battery drain on the HTC One. My advice is if you have Custom roms on your device is to play around with the Radio's and see if that helps. I know it helped me out alot.

No it's no problem having older Firmware, aslong as it's not Modified, Has root Access or is S-Off. So for warranty purpose it should be fine. I know I accepted devices that haddent been updated when I was a repair agent

Use an older RUU and then try to update the device OTA. Should work if i'm not mistaken.

Yeah you should be able to relock now and gain S-On again. If you are completly sure that its stock. But keep in mind the recovery will need to be flashed to stock. So I would still advice doing the RUU to be on the safe side.

Use the Revone toolkit if you can to gain s-on and to remove the relock and then flash with stock RUU. This should be sufficiant to fool them in to believing that the phone is stock ;)

Don't know where its gone then but if you back up your data with Titanium backup and then reset your phone to Factory setting it should come back.

First try to reinstall you Drives for ADB and HTC so you know it's not a Driver issue. If that doesn't work try using a different PC and see if you still get the same issues. And also try using HTC One AIO to flash TWRP or something to see if you can Sideload a rom then. Because AIO toolkit...

You can acctually get all the tools needed for a tear down. The only thing is they are not specific for the HTC one. For instance it uses an Iopener tool for the Iphone/Ipad to get in to the device. But I wouldn't advice trying it if you don't have some kind of repair expieriance as HTC's are...

Yes your warranty will be void if you make any kind of modification to the android system that can affect the hardware. You can use the revone tool to gain S-On again and then remove the tampered warning. And then you can use an RUU to flash your device back to stock FW.

You shouldnt get any shock at all. I would have it replaced under warranty
