I've tried the two lasts versions of this ROM, but my M8 freeze at the HTC splash on reboot after install. Any ideas how I can fix this?

Tried this on the 12", but it wouldn't boot up after install.

Tried flashing v3 on my 12", but it just freeze on the first splash. Trying an older version now. Seems like both 2.1 and 3 bricks the 12".

Nexus S is a Galaxy S with led flash and a downgraded screen, but you get all the Android updates first. I would wait for Galaxy S II

Im considering installing this ROM, but I have a custom kernel installed. Will the rom update my kernel as well? Or do I need to flash stock kernel before I install the ROM?

I guess this doesn't work for Android 2.2.1 yet? Tried to root my SGS with I9000XWJS3, and it finished as a success, but the phone isn't rooted.

Is there any way to flash this without Clockwork? I can't find a guide of how to flash with Clockwork anywhere. I just end up in Android Recovery everytime I try. EDIT: Because I was a little cranky in the first post.
