FWIW, I did a clean install (including formatting system) and everything except tethering is working for me - wifi calling included. Fast, smooth, and no problems that I've seen. Fortunately, I don't need tethering so I'll keep this one loaded and report any other issues.

Working perfectly for me. Follow the instructions exactly (including superwipe), and WAIT 10 minutes for everything to settle after boot. Silky smooth. Thanks Dev team for an excellent first cut at ICS!

These steps worked perfectly for me. Really only added about 15 min to the whole process, and the ROM is working great.
