Issue: I happen to have the original ZTE "smart cover". It triggers some sort of smart cover mode via the HAL sensor but it is an off center clock with weirdly colored background and doesn't turn off after the cover is closed. Would be good to integrate into settings and just have it trigger...

Hi, could I get some help, please? I have A2017U on B35 N and having issues. I seem to not have DFU or Fastboot. I can boot into system and stock recovery. Fastboot just reboots normally. Trying to use DFU + MiFlash results in the hello packet error. Thanks

Bump I'm in the same boat, I need to relock my BL and am on B25. Can this be done without downgrading?

Sounds extreme, but even in 65F weather my device will overheat and shut down if I'm fast charging + watching video or otherwise moderately using it.

I have asked on the ZTE forums before, but I doubt they'd listen. As for the difficulty of it, I'm not a dev but I feel like most of the work is there considering auto-brightness already adjusts parameters based on ambient light and there already is a toggle for on-screen nav buttons.

Has anyone gotten root working? I installed SuperSU and have root access, but I can't write to /system. I know SuperSU has issued with F2FS that require a fix at the kernel level. Is that a known but that's going to be fixed, or am I just dumb?

Thanks for the reply. I assume it works like all other flip covers: it has a small magnet in it which is detected by the HALL sensor. I would think that it could be tested with any magnet?

Everything is working as described for me on U. Only bug I noticed is that the official ZTE flip cover case no longer locks the screen automatically

Yes, I'm on today's build. I do *think* it's better than the last build but I did not do a good side by side comparison to the 11-22 build; I was too excited to flash :p. I do know it is not as good as stock, as you say.

Where did you guys test audio distorsion? I tried playing in GPM and stock music player at max volume over the speakers and still get distortion., when there was none in stock. THANK YOU Unjustified Dev!

Definitely confirming that the audio at high volumes is much worse than stock.
