After trying a lot I've formatted my SD card in the 4EXT recovery, copied everything back en now it's working! :D

Formatting didn't worked well... Just used SD Formatter: https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_3/ and now it's accessible. Now coping everything back... I hope it works!
