Received mine today. No pre-installed bloatware. Instead it auto-downloaded as soon as I finished activating. It's not permanent, though, you can just drag to uninstall any/all of it. Edit: Exactly what jmanly69 said.

I tried the downgrade, but I can't do it because I don't have a 1000mAh(1A) charger to keep the phone in the bootloader without a battery.

When I tried that, when I went into "recovery" with vol down + power it said that I can't use that image. It said something about my version being older, when its not.

Make sure that fastboot is disabled/enabled(I can't remember which), and that USB debugging is enabled. You can find fastboot in settings -> power (uncheck/check) You can find usb debugging in Settings -> Applications -> Development -> USB Debugging (check) Hope it helps!
