    I didn't have this option... I found out that mistake had been in kernel... with DDS i didnt have options for hw keyboard. So I tried different kernel and now I can see hw keyboard options and what is more important, hw keyboard works :)

    i cant find any hw keyboard setting, in settings-language&input i can choode default keyboard, but ive got only two options - Andriod keyboar (AOSP) and Google voice typing... no hw... so i cant disable it
