sort of. as long as you have root access you can adjust/tweek no matter what rom your using. the cool thing about a custom rom is that people have already tweeked things and they are just making it available to you. it saves noobs a bunch of time and frustration....

download the stock rom here: http://samsung-updates.com/ you will need to model number then flash using odin not sure what pda or csc are, but i know you have to use the pda button

yeah, i think in order to be under warranty you need to go back to stock and reset the counter

well. i was able to copy a file in order to make the installation english-ish. but when the system booted it was all in russian but thats not the worst part the worst part is that i have caused a softbrick i am able to boot in dowonload mode... oy vey... and i never got the chance to reset...
