By any chance is your phone carrier locked? I remember having a similar problem, had to return back to previous ROM, unlock the phone and flash it again. The US996 variant comes carrier unlocked out of the box, while H910 is locked by default.

If I was you, I would do a Full EDL Firmware restore, seems that your phone is getting very unstable.

Maybe because I was coming from Nougat and by then cts/Safetynet didn't pass. I'll try doing a full restore then I report back the results.
