Are you sure this is correct? Remember I'm on a "rebranded" C100 device, with 350 (C128) installed, so the latest for me now appears to be 356. The latest for BTV-W09C100 on HFF appears to be 308! Where are you guys getting 311 from?

Thanks for your help, however I've managed to install RR successfully now. I installed a separate TW based ROM (HYPER ROM) booted up fine, wiped everything, then flashed RR with newest gapps, and BOOM. Working with no errors. Not sure what this actually did to clear the issue but I don't care...
