I'm using the speedmod kernel k5-3, the latest from hardcore, noticed my note temperature are not so warmer while in the initial stage after flashing from ICS4.0.2 to JB 4.1.2. Maybe you can try to flash into speedmod k5-3 to do a comparison...

TS, beside the PDA tab, why your Bootloader, Phone and CSC tab also have the flashing file? Try to check only the PDA box.
