yes, ur right. Sorry for misleading. And i think this option doesn't exist for its own reason. I found the system is hang when i enable privacy guard on certain app and even reboot itself.

Sovled Finally found due to Greenify. Greenify hibernated the input method. therefore everytime it return to default input method.

Dirty flash to rc4 still have the problem , will try the latest tonight .
