I just update my TRWP to 3.2.3 from previous version (can't remember what version). But, after completed I cannot enter recovery mode. I press volume down + home + power button - will go to Download Mode. But when I press volume up + home + power button - it will go to Download Mode as well...

let me rephrase.. I move the file name 'bootanimation.zip' and drop it in "/system/media" using Root Explorer. I tried to rename it to bootanimation.zip.bak but still not working. Inside bootanimation.zip there are jpg files only, am i correct?

yes.. i'm using root explorer. i'm sure that i copy it to 'system/media', and not sdcard/media.
