Oneupmanship that's all it really boils down to one Oneupmanship, In my eyes there is not a phone to top the galaxy Note 1... it run just the way it was designed when new, you can change the rom's easy, loads of software, great people here who can help when in trouble... what more can one ask...

use only the back usb port, don't use the front or extension usb ports, they often throw up problems.. good luck
