When you did the clean wipe are wiping internal as well? I got framework crashes when I was wiping everything including internal storage but as soon as I just left internal storage untouched the ROM booted with no crashes. Not sure if this is your particular issue but could be the reason.

There isn't a way to disable this at the moment. As far I've read it is a warning built into Android M as it makes security checks on every boot.

There isn't a Lollipop ROM yet for A7600f. It is possible to root and get custom recovery installed but as far as I can tell there is no official lollipop update or custom ROM development at all

I'm on same nightly and did a clean install last night and both work fine here. Have you set any Smart Lock places or networks as these bypass lockscreen security? Are you sure advance reboot it toggled in Developer Options?

If you've just installed CM12 it is likely you are seeing CM Trebuchet Launcher because that's what is built into the ROM. Probably the best bet for you is to install a different launcher. Google Now Launcher is the stock launcher I believe. Try installing that for stock look app drawer.
