yesterday , I'm facing same problem , how to fix it is you have to download root explorer app , then go to the /efs/imei/keystr. find one file that has rw -- -- permissions , change it to rw r- r- , now it works like a charm :) you reflash the ROM and won't work , right? because the problem came...
