I can confirm same problem with lost contact list on my N7000 using [ROM][CM13][Marshmallow][Android 6.0.1] NightOwl 20161115. When you want to start a call or write SMS, you have to open contact list, but problem is that tab with favourite contacts, tab with call history, tab with contact list...
