Hi! The gapps should be flashed immediately after flashing the rom, meaning you should NOT reboot and flash afterwards. The camera blur problem seems to be an hardware issue. You should try to reflash everything again with a clean install. I don't have a SIM card on mine and it works just fine.

You could try to download the file again ( there might be an error while downloading) and reflash the rom.

Same here. Even a regular reboot is lightning fast. I repeated the wipe cache/dalvik cache because I thought something was wrong, but the fact is that the rom is very fast.:D

Try installing facebook and leaving the phone alone for some time. It generally takes a long time to install that app. If that doesn´t work, install Metal app. I personally think it´s better than facebook lite.

The only app I found that works reasonably well and uses radio frequencies instead of online radio is SpiritFm or Spirit2. Try the last one first .

I have a doubt concerning memory: If you go to settings > memory I have a total of 810 MB of memory. But if I go to settings > storage and USB I have 1,92 GB used of 5,91 GB. Can someone explain the difference between these two memory fields? Thank you.

On beta3 I was using supersu_2.6.6.apk and I had no problem. Now, on beta4.1 it says it can´t update binary. Any one else with this problem?

Until now, no reboots at all. Smooth as butter. Only annoying thing is the wifi disconnecting while on screen off.

I can't find an option to change the storage to the external sd card in google camera. Do you have that option?
