CLean install did it for me. I even restore my previous backup > dirty flash new > install gapps > still the same. So i just cleaned install. BUt the camera still is working as it suppose to. After taking a few photos it just hangs. Then if i try to re open app. It says that camera is being used...

maybe that will be my last option. thanks yeah i did a dirty install to but playstore and chrome are the ones that was lost. tried clear cache and dalvik still the same.
