I think i found the image location for 15ToogleBar already. It locate in \lidroid-res.apk\res\drawable-hdpi\ \lk95-res.apk\res\drawable-hdpi\ Both place also can found the image. So not sure which one is the correct one :p

Majority is he did not follow the OP to root properly and causing lag and random FC. For you, can you add camera or other apps to the lock screen when using stock ICS Rom? If not please don't complain and nonsense here. This is not a bug. Just wait for a mod or something.
