Use TWRP method in the OP as guide, download v78_sdk21_x86 instead of v75, at the point "go to TWRP" use Temporary CWM/tethered recovery to flash v78.

Dunno which fit yours but mine DXLR2 use Mms_LPY_Mod_Smilies.apk and didn't clear cache and dalvik

no need to clear messaging data. first rename the original mms.apk and mms.odex files to mms.apk.bak and mms.odex.bak then paste the modified mms.apk (if this mod .apk named Mms_LPY_Mod_Smilies.apk or anything else just rename it as mms.apk) now you're done!

In my case i start back from point 7 and on point 8 after putting battery back and then press 3 buttons for 10-15 (still in blank screen) then put vol up (in blank screen too) then plug it to pc (odin will detect while screen is blank) then go to next step... Good luck!! I've been through this...

I have to flash it twice coz after restoring Superrom v3.0 it turns back to the not touch one so i just continue upgrading Superrom v3.1 and flash the touch kernel back and yess.. It really cool !! No idea if there is a better way..?? Thanks a lot sir...!!

I've flashed lucifr kernel before but after flashing superrom v3.0, the kernel turns into superatmos kernel v3.0 no idea why so.. Later i just flash the latest superatmos kernel v3.1 and set the cpu 800-800 with performance scaling.. I am very satisfied coz the battery's more durable and no lag...

I don't know if this will work on i9100 (non G) perhaps the author could explain it better.. AFAIK it only add keyboard language support instead of changing the old languages..

If u mean ClockworkMod Recovery 5.0.2.8 on the first post then it's a kernel with CWM feature.. flash the tar as PDA using Odin as mentioned.. Flash it only if you are on G version!! That'll be the 1st step of rooting your phone...
