if you are on stock kernel then download Philz kernel for LP7, flash that in recovery, should give you root again aswell. then you can flash away to any of the ROMs you listed above. just every time you flash a ROM or think of factory reset or data wiping make SURE you're on a SAFE kernel...

the most noticeable change i found is that now you can move apps to sd card without them being grayed out in the launcher.

downloaded the 632 MB full ROM and updated and rooted using Philz but the 1$ question is where is the changelog? cause even after digging everywhere i cant find any visible changes? is it just for the tweaks?

yes this being edited kernel by Philz is safe to flash and wipe from. there is a thread with all the custom kernels, in there you can look for the compatible kernels for the ROM youre running.

yes they do ship to India, but be ready to pay a premium if you want them quick, else i think last time i ordered it was 5$ for regular mail. took around 2 weeks to reach.

just download the STOCK Gingerbread ROM (im saying GB as im sure your BOX condition was running GB only) for your country and use PC odin's PDA tab to flash it. no risk nothing. if you are on the stock ROM then you wont loose any data aswell. if however you are on a custom ROM you will loose...

Hello grgsiocl, can you please provide the modified Email.apk that you've used in this ROM to bypass the PIN request and will it work will stock DDLR9 rooted? It will be much appreciated as i don't have enough bandwidth to DL the ROM and then extract it. thanks sujai

if you are rooted, then yes, search for camera shutter mod, you will get a thread with a modified camera.apk file, just replace it with the original and restart and you are done. for more details, search for the thread. and if you are not rooted. then no there isnt.
