as my experience the both firmware is quite same. the difference is just radio and some korea application, so if you not using it at korea you can use any E210S or E210K firmware as long you use the right kernel and right radio. if not your device wont Boot up, or if wrong radio your device...

Make sure you install the right firmware from OP, if your device E210K use E210K if E210S use E210S. Install Ochie 1.2 First, then update from downloadble zip you get from Update Me.

I think if i have to choose i will choose the e300k, if there is have difference hardware, It is right that korean version have few custom rom and kernel. But, as my experience cooking rom for korean version there is just some different in framework or anything else. So its possible porting...
