Problem solved :). In settings => notifications you need to enable option for Andorid Sytem application. Notification about apps in background displaying now :)

Hi guys, I've oreo firmware with polish Tmobile brand, and when openend app which runs in the background I saw notifications about that, unfortunately I've clicked "do not show that notification" - not literally, translated from polish. Do you know how to turn on back this notification? Thanks...

Images can be changed without decompiling SystemUI.apk :-) .Simply open apk file using 7-zip ,winrar etc... and drag-n-drop png files to folder res/drawable-hdpi :-P Whatever...see first post this thread :P
