I have this problem as well, but no fix as of today. :confused:

I have been facing the same problem, basically cant use the phone like this so I'm back on colorOS unfortunately.

I had the exact same error and symptoms as mermigas with my R5S.

Might be a stupid question, but could we build a new cm recovery with the lineage keys?

The R7F version of TWRP works on the R5S, but Lineage won't install because TWRP is reporting the wrong device, so no go for R5S users either.

I'm stuck too, tried all the recoveries and methods I could to get it to go but no luck.

Hi, I've talked about a problem with my R5S and the sound. I have none because I think my device thinks the headphones are always plugged in from boot up. I have formatted, wiped and done fresh installs and it has always been the same since Spectrum was released. The sound and phone works...

Regarding sound I've wiped and tried everything. It seems to be the headphones are always plugged in. Not sure why. I saw few other affected as well. Also can't connect to computer via USB.

I've got no sound from the speaker at all except when I press the speakerphone button in a call. No notification sounds, or music or youtube. Headphones work fine. Spectrum had notification sounds, and speakerphone, but nothing else. Spectrum always says "headphones are plugged in" after boot...

R5S I've been watching this thread since the announcement and am hoping there is someone taking on the R5/S. Color OS is really stable and Oppo did a great job on it but a few options would be nice. :confused:

I notice if I go into settings, sound, system- and turn off the touch sounds, the screen lock sounds, and vibrate on screen tap that the tablet goes right into deep sleep. It helps the battery a lot but it's still a bit worse than CM9 roms.

I have the same model with LA4 modem and LA6 kernel. Use the XEU file from the pre rooted thread here as posted above, works perfect. The modem in that file is indeed an LA4, but like matius44 says you can flash any modem. For no wipe only flash the PDA file with PC Odin...
