my 2 cents I can confirm, that I have similar problem. I have the problems only when watching movies. the sound just cuts off when the character stops speaking, so it cuts off the background sound. I tried different kernels, ROM´s... same problems on GB, ICS, CM9... I have a hillBilly...

fix I presume you are using Samsung keyboard? Bottom left there should be a button, Key next to space! U need to hold it for couple seconds and there u can choose, what kind of keyboard u can use... It happened to me too. But I just read the instructions. :) Take care, DonLaDroid

Good luck mate... Just couple tips: (IM NO expert or technician) Use white background.... (large piece of paper, I will see better (contrast)) Don't lose any of the components.... If u can record an video it would be great.... u can review it when u will be putting ire phone back...
