    Post [ROM][UNOFFICIAL][T719][9] LineageOS 16.0

Thanks. Those zips didn't work for my 9.0 Pie - they threw up signature verification error. There was a magisk 19.0 zip I downloaded from another thread which didn't give an error when flashed, but still did not root the device - there was no SuperSU after the flash and when I manually...

    Post [ROM][UNOFFICIAL][T719][9] LineageOS 16.0

I flashed this ROM on my T719Y. It is working, but I have tried to flash the root addon several times but it fails. The root addon flash fails on signature verification. When I uncheck Signature Verification, it flashes but I don't get root.

    Post [6.0.x|SM-N900| Unofficial LineageOS 13.0 (ha_3g)

I flashed this (10/11) ROM and I also have a problem with SD card. I had done a NAND backup before wipe/factory reset and flashing. I did the backup onto my 128GB extSDcard. I preferred to do a new install of the apps and only restore with Titanium Backup from the backup as a fallback. One of...

Post Overall a step backwards compared to the Note 4? Alternatives?

Samsung is killing its smartphone business by trying very hard to be like Apple. Instead of playing up the unique selling points of its smartphone, it is dropping those very features because it thinks it has to be an "iPhone cloner" to succeed. How can Samsung release a "premium" smartphone that...

The default is just the plain blue wallpaper. But that is not the issue. the issue is that any non-stock wallpaper I select is NOT selectable. But I can select any stock wallpaper, including the live wallpapers.

    Thread N7502 and non-stock wallpapers

I am having a strange experience with my Note 3 Neo Duos (N7502). When I install any other launcher (Go, Nova, Solo, etc). It installs fine and I select a theme of my choice. It all looks great. But after SOME HOURS, the wallpaper is replaced with the default wallpaper, which is all blue. Once...

Post Support for Note 3 Neo Duos (SM-N7502), Chainfire CFAUTOROOT Available Now!

I desperately want to root my Neo SM-N7502 as well. I nearly bricked mine when I tried the Chainfire root file for N750 - it failed to root and would no longer boot. I had to resort to Samsung's recovery procedure.

I am also looking for the root file for the Neo N7502. I tried it with the chainfire N750 image but it failed - I nearly bricked the device but for the Samsung online recovery process!

    Post Mega 5.8 HDMI output???

I don't think any of the Megas supports either USB host or HDMI. For example I connected a USB host cable to test if my Mega 5.8 would recognise a flash drive. No, it did not detect anything.

    Post Mega I9152 RAM

That's exactly what mine shows as well. But every official documentation on the I9152 claims it is 1.5GB. I suspect it is only the I9200 series that have 1.5GB.

    Thread Mega I9152 RAM

Everywhere I see that the Mega 5.8 DUOS (I9152) is quoted as having 1.5GB RAM. But mine, which I bought in Nigeria, seems to have only 1GB. Can anyone confirm that Samsung actually drops the specification for certain countries without explicitly saying so?

    Post [ Q ] is there a theme for stock rom note 3 SM-N900 ?

You can download themes for "Go Launcher" from Play Store - the wallpapers become available to the app drawers of the stock launcher, but not to the lock screen.

Does anyone have a problem uploading a photo for a contact? Mine does not work - when I select a photo during contact edit, it does not upload. Thread I9152 Graphics Compatibility

A problem that was, thankfully solved within the last few days, is that of creating a Recovery for the Galaxy Mega 5.8. Post [ROM][4.1.2 JB]Ultimate N7000 LT4 JB 4.1.2 v6 |Solid~Smooth~Battery Friendly|15/05/13

I see what may be a clue in your story - "Titanium Backup". Avoid it like plague when it comes to restoring applications after flashing a ROM. My advise: Next time you flash a new ROM, during setup, allow Google back up your device. If you do, after flashing a ROM, the latest versions of your...

You would not be able to install AdAway in the usual way because it seems a version of it is baked into the ROM - and it works fine. I also had repeated freezes with the default kernel, but Speedmod solved the problem. Fantastic ROM with Speedmod. Amazing battery life.

    Post [ROM][4.1.2 JB]Ultimate N7000 LT4 JB 4.1.2 v6 |Solid~Smooth~Battery Friendly|15/05/13

Quite the contrary. I installed this ROM as-is after a clean wipe. Surprisingly, I experienced 4 freezes in one day. Then I decided to flash Speedmod kernel 5.5 and, voila, no more freezes. More than that, I had the best battery life I have ever had from any ROM. Attached screenshot tells it all!

If those crash logs are stored in such a critical partition of the device where there is very limited storage, then someone needs to take a hard look. I think your restoring apps from a custom backup was the problem. (I dumped Titanium Backup Pro long ago.) The Backup Pro would seek to restore to exactly the same partitions as they were originally, which may not be the same as your new partitions. I have come to rely on the automatic...

Now let's try to understand what you did: You did a clean wipe, flashed the ROM, flashed the correct gapps, and rebooted. It rebooted normally, and you then set it up. Ordinarily, if you had previously accepted the default to back up your system on Google servers, without doing anything, many of...

OK. If you indeed did a full wipe before flashing the ROM, it would seem you have an app that is really sucking all your system resources. My understanding is that the choice of radio has nothing to do with the ROM, but your geographical area. You can flash any radio with any ROM, but presumably you get the best radio performance based on matching the radio to your location.
