    Thanks Bauner ! I booted into recovery and from TWRP I connected my note1 to PC ( running Win-7 ) and formated my internal SD card ( exFAT ) format as there was no option for format in vFAT. Then I flashed the new rom and everything is working fine. Thanks for your prompt reply .
