I found the problem. Like always the Internet Explorer is the problem. Look at my screenshot. When I download it from IE it shows as ZIP, when I download it in FF or mobile browser it shows as APK.

What kind of black magic is this. I tried to download it from PC and it was a ZIP file. So i renamed it to .APK and then installed. Now it works. But from my mobile im getting straight APK file...strange thing.. Thank you for your time mate! Sent from my SM-N910C using XDA-Developers mobile app

Try a hard reset with the 3 buttons. If it stays the same then you have a broken phone.

try flashing your phone twice, and after every flash boot back to recovery and hard reset/wipe dalvik cache.

I did not made a backup, but i fixed it by going to file manager of TWRP recovery and deleted by hand all xposed files. The phone booted normaly so i could uninstall xposed. I noticed that it happens every time i try to activate a module.

Its not so easy to brick nexus, but make sure you don't lock bootloader before your phone is working right. You can find the guide how to flash it on XDA. You will need to flash the missing files by hand.

Try to hardreset the watch. When you start your watch up and see the LG logo wipe fron 11 to 4 accros the screen.

I updated my watch manualy to 5.0.1 and now waiting for official update to 5.1. But if you are on 4.4W1/2 you can use the how-to to update your recovery and then update your rom. Recovery of 4.4 has a bug which wont let you side load the file. That's why you have to update it to 5.0.1 first.
