Incorrect... The CSC/PDA N7000XXLT4. The modem version is N7000XXLT3. Modem revision doesn't necessarily follow CSC/PDA revision # pattern. Take the LO2 ROM for example, it still has the same LSO modem.

Confirmed working in LSO, but you'll have to add the line to feature.xml instead of Others.xml. Both files are in /system/csc/

According to that forum it was ripped from the I9220ZCLSD, a mainland China JB leak, so I'm not sure why the file size has changed. Comparing between LSE and LSO, I find LSO to have better reception (based on RSSI and RSCP, not by looking at the bars alone).

Just flashed two Notes to Stunner 2.0 First Note: Stock ICS (LPN) with Hydracore. followed the above procedures, all went well Second Note: Leaked JB (LSC) with Philz. Also followed the first post's procedure all went well! The key is to be performing the procedures on a "safe" kernel!

5.3 OC, Stock TW LPM 4.0.4 ROM, LR1 modem. It is having the lock-screen freezing and wifi problem like before. I don't remember the exact version, but there were a few versions where it had the problem, but reverting back to the older version fixed it right away.

Radio works perfectly after these procedures!

I think the reason why Samsung did not release a version of ICS for the international Note with the Japanese language is because Docomo sells the Japan variant of the Note call the SC-05D, as the international Note was never intended to be sold there to begin with.

You do realise that the ICS update availability is based on the actual firmware on the phone regardless of your physical location right? You could be in Iraq, China, Africa, etc, and still be able to receive the same exact update. That means your phone's origin region has ICS released already...

I had the exact same problem as you before. Then I reflashed everything with PC ODIN from scratch less the CF-Root Kernel and everything was alright. Since CWM.zip and SU-Busybox-Installer.zip already granted root access, it was enough to run TB and restore.
