bauner no I did not close the apps from the recent app menu nor reboot and yes I can access my pictures with the gallery app

Hi bauner, Need help ...can't access my gallery's content(pictures) from third party apps(facebook,messenger,instagram etc)..its gives an error error loading media(on facebook and messenger) or sorry this photo can not be loaded(on instagram) after i allow them to access my storage

hello bauner, Data Connection works now after some few reboots....Need help on something on cm12.1 i was able to turn on power saving anytime which helped a lot but on cm 13 beta 3 can't do that ..confused a bit and is the Doze battery saver feature part or enable automatically
