I don't know what to say, I'm trying to reproduce the thing, but apparently I can't. Now it rings the right tone everytime, connected to the charger or not. Sometimes it takes 3 to 4 seconds to wake up the screen, but the tone is right.

The ringtones are located in sdcard0/media/audio/ringtones, and it's formatted as vfat.

Trouble trouble trouble!!! Dirty flashed new rom and gapps, after wiping dalvik-cache, and everything worked, phone normally rebooted, everythign was working. Then I had to switch off the phone and now it doesn't switch on anymore, it stopped on the "samsung galaxy note gt-7000" screen...

I noticed the opposite! ;) With stock rom and CM10 Gps didn't ever fix, or did come and go every 15 seconds. With nightowl GPS works again! I supposed it was a hardware problem, but apparently it wasn't.
