Standby is the same as your smartphone, the screen is off but anything left running will run unless killed or suspended. If you don't use it for file server you can shut off via Power Off.

Same happened to mine, a couple of low drops (1 bounce) with no external damage. The display turned green and eventually died. From the way the support centre answered, it seems that they have high numbers of this problem.

Just to share, I'd upgraded to B5 kernel and main, plus the KSM/ZRAM zip. My Google libraries stopped working immediately after reboot. In the end I had to do a factory reset and reinstall B5 w/o KSM/ZRAM. Will try the KSM/ZRAM zip again on the weekend, heh.:D

I was on Omnirom 4.4.2 which was ok. Think every time the new apps update, the dalvik cache suffers, and generally bloat comes. I just installed ZRAM and KSM patch... but not sure how to add the swap : \

Did anyone experience this: Every change of app takes 5-10 seconds to load in a frozen state, but it's fast after that? I've tried all the CPU and IO schedulers, but not much difference. Trying very hard to fix the low RAM issue....

I've been getting spontaneous reboots since the October builds... Feels like it does so when there's heavy request for RAM (e.g. Chrome, and Greader). Also, there are scenarios where the device hangs for minutes (including notification bar) This is almost always related to Google Play updating...

hi, on my Note 4.0.4, the sd card mounts, but only 10 seconds after the blank error appears. also, after some time the card disappears automatically. will check again to see if it's unmounted or crashed...

anyone got battery usage stats? on intensive wifi activity my batt drains about 5% per 30 minutes. without wifi the standby is amazing.
