The lag is from your end only. I hope you did full wipe before flashing v2. V2 is rock stable and super fast. Try to find the lag reasons by logcat

I am working on modified version heavily and extremely debloated. No new features. Just speed and ram optimizarion. The lightest version ever and yet fully working and with air command. Ram is as low as 393mb with my user applications installed :)

1. What is meant by clean install is to wipe system, data, cache and dalvik (ART). And there is no issues with camera. 2. It is recommended to use TWRP recovery. 3. Just noticed. This rom is for n7100. Not for I317. I don't know what's there on your device type could me some missing libs.
