If you we're able to flash magisks and it boots up then your bootloader is unlocked.

They removed the fastboot command to unlock the bootloader. I found it out by comparing the similar ZTE Blade 10 and Blade 10 Prime. They are signed with different keys, so it will probably cause the device to boot loop and or not startup. I would not recommend trying it.
