I'm having the same issue

With 2.0 I had deep sleep issues. Dirty flashed 2.1 and Gapps, phone is now sleeping like a baby. Thanks for the great ROM. D852

Yeah I just changed providers and get bad reception in some places. So I created a flow that if the signal goes lower than 1 it waits 60 secs and if it's still low, turns airplane mode on, then checks every 4 mins if the reception is still low. And flows to do stuff when I enter/exit my house...

Have you tried looking at an app called Automagic? I'm not 100% sure it can do what you want, but it might be worth a look. It has a free trial period of a week I believe in the description on the play store Link...

Meh, for that price I'll put up with an ordeal to get it fixed/replaced IF I have any issues. And that's if google doesn't let me RMA it through them. Do you know if there are different models for different countries? Or are they all the same?

I talked to a rep using their IM system when you order. They bypassed the error of not having the US billing address. Why wouldn't you want the device at 80$ off? Isn't it listed at 249$ on the play store? And isn't the warranty covered by LG? I could be wrong about that though.

Nope. Just get the downloaded and install the paid version. I believe you need to use the same account you used to purchase the app though

I would recommend better battery stats. It's free if you get the apk from XDA. It'll show any rogue apps that are draining your battery

I run Franco kernel. Very good stock settings and very frequently updated. Also, his per app mode app can save a lot of battery too. It's definitely worth the money

4.4.4 is out, so hopefully it'll fix this issue :)

There are many guides in the General Nexus 5 section on how to setup and use ADB and Fastboot. I would recommend reading, and understanding before attempting anything. Ask questions in the threads and people will be more than willing to help you out...

In my use, it is way better than stock. There is no "best" kernel, just ones that work for you. Try if for yourself, you will be happy with it :)
