    Post [STOCK ROM][FTF] Xperia Z (D6503) 17.1.A.2.55 T-Mobile (Branded/Netherlands)

Honestly I have no idea. If WiFi calling is a Tmo USA feature like compuguy1088 mentioned then I doubt this ftf will be of much use to you. It comes with a branded bootloader screen and some preloaded T-Mobile apps written in Dutch. I posted this mainly for the sake of having it out there. I...

    Post [KERNEL][14/07] NX-Kernel v1.4.2

I'm not detecting any rudeness in his post. I guess he's more or less surprised, to what end I can't say as I don't know the stable voltages on smdk 4210 since I don't mess with cpu voltages. Since there's an ioctl error it's unclear if this is a kernel related problem. Could you please...

    Post [KERNEL][14/07] NX-Kernel v1.4.2

3.1.2 released. Nice! Updated to latest cm10.1 base and NX 1.3.2 Some things I experienced: • mDNIe sharpness tweak renders fonts incorrectly, as if the fonts are missing anti aliassing. Not sure if this is the intended effect. Also there's a noticable bluish hue when the tweak is enabled. •...

Oddly enough, I'm not experiencing any battery drain issues. I'm on the 29th of May nightly with NX v1.3.1. I'm pretty stoked to see the mDNIe changes the neo made. Does it only patch the green hue problem on reboot or did you enhance some other stuff as well?

    Post [KERNEL][14/07] NX-Kernel v1.4.2

Reading how the kernel works is very different from actually seeing how stuff works when you're applying those theories in practice. The best example I can give you is trying to port the linux kernel on a platform that has very recently been reverse engineered to run arbitrary code unintended by...

    Post [KERNEL][14/07] NX-Kernel v1.4.2

No problems here at all. This kernel delivers the smoothest AOSP experience at the moment. I did turn down the sensitivity though, it made IM and emailing pretty impossible for me. I love the fine grained control in NXTweaks. It scratches that swiss army knife itch, much like running debian vs...

Post [NIGHTLIES] CyanogenMod 9 Discussion Thread

I suggest you read up on the wonderful art of programming. The problem might be fixable, maybe not. Depends on how much needs to be reworked in order to make it work. It also might be a limitation in Android and the way apps are built with the SDK's. Please do remember that no developer that is...

It isn't as black and white as you described. However hamma is right. If those locations don't ring any bells you shouldn't messing with it in the first place. If you make a mistake creating the CWM flashable zip you could easily hose your system. Also, please note that making posts like that...

Post [NIGHTLIES] CyanogenMod 9 Discussion Thread

I doubt that will change a lot. Wifi modules are operated through kernel drivers on Linux and therefore Android as well. Changing modem firmwares will definitely increase data throughput on umts/hsdpa networks.

Post [BOOTLOADER] LPF (finally ICS version)

A bootloader only loads the OS and has nothing to do with CWM or kernels or file operations like wiping for that matter. Flashing this will not solve the eMMC issue.

Post My Galaxy Note Is DEAD!!

There are no known issues with GB roms & kernels unless you're doing something terribly wrong in Odin or Heimdall. As for ICS bricking issues you've definitely missed something. The chinese LP1, LP5 and LP6 binary leaks are known to have eMMC issues on big file operations. As for the LPY...

Post My Galaxy Note Is DEAD!!

lol, as far as I know Entropy512 maintains the Dafuq kernel and the CM9 for Note project. Also, there's distinct correlation in the causes of superbricks between the LP1, LP5, LP6 and...

I hear ya, I updated to the stock rom and got fed up with the lag after playing with it for 15 minutes. I'm on official CM9 now and it works much much better. I'll take a look at samsung source based roms again when devs start making customized versions because quite frankly I'm disappointed...
