did you guys did anything or change anything from system, like change the proxyprovider.apk for flash support? Mine failed through OTA and even via manual update but then I changed back the those apks and things went well and now I am on 4.2. Just sharing my experience and hope it can help you...

4.2 seems to be a real update over the 4.1.2. Some says it is laggy but for me it seems better and more smooth. screen touches seems to be more accurate specially when scrolling through multiple home screens.

Fortunately for me, after updating to 4.2, stick mount still is working. For those guys having problems with stick mount, how did you update to 4.2? What method did you use?
