Wow, thanks. I implemented your # 2 and 3 and now I am getting crazy battery life. Easily makes it through the day with no wifi, lots of talk/text, and about 3 hours of screen time. I maybe have 30-40% after that

Bluetooth in my car is awesome. ATT kitkat with Toyota Venza Before the update music streaming took 20 seconds to load, but now it works instantly.

I am experiencing the opposite. Bluetooth phone calls are the same as before, but my bluetooth audio works a lot better. It used to take 20 seconds or so to load and would always mess up after a phone call. Now it takes 3-5 seconds to load and it instantly goes back to music after a phone...

The speed of this kitkat upgrade soldifies my Moto X decision even further. I was debating on whether or not to sell it for a Nexus 5, but definitely no need now. :bowdown:

Well I take my awesome battery life post back. Android OS has been creeping up in usage lately. I do not have very impressive battery life.

Yes, your phone will be constantly searching for a cell signal. Data speeds have nothing to do with it. It is all about cell reception. If you go in an area without any signal you should turn to airplane mode to prevent this

I easily get 5+ screen time. Battery rocks. I used GPS for a 3 hour road trip, 3 hours screen time, and still had 30% or so battery left.

I ordered this case. It is pretty nice. The cutouts all line up very well, plus the dimple cut out is a nice touch. I wish the front edges were matte finish though, I dont like the glossy.

It is a decent update but it still doesn't provide consistent pictures and they are still very soft.

Only the first day on the battery starting from a full charge and it easily lasted all day. I got about 3 hours and 15 minutes of screen time with juice to spare. So far, so good!

And if you want to emulate NES, SNES, genesis, etc games? A controller is always better than on screen controls. This is a great setup. I wouldnt do it in public, but its still pretty awesome.

Ditto. I get the samsung normal unlock if I swipe at certain areas of the screen and the weird circle unlock thing at the bottom. And it is ugly. Other than that....no complaints! Been rocking it since Alpha II.

The size of the GNote seems so normal to me now that I am taken aback for a second whenever someone in public comments on how huge the phone is.

I like this size alot. Any bigger would probably be too unwieldy for one handed use. Now if they were to go edge to edge screen on the same size case that would be another story.

I am confused as to what you are asking. You dont want to know when someone is calling you or texting you? You can turn off notifications in the menu settings of the messaging app. As for phone calls, well you will probably need to download a blocker app to stop phone call notifications.

Do you have any other picture management apps installed? Ive tried both ways and I always get the prompt to resize the wallpaper to the truncated version. Ive also tried ADW launcher, quick pic, wallpaper wizardii. Nothing seems to work. No scroll. Very annoying.

Mine is always at 97% after I pull it from the charger in the morning. My battery life is....OK. Sometimes I only have 2 hours or so of screen time and Im at 20% or so after 12 hours. No wifi, gps, or bluetooth on.
