I was asked to bluetooth something to someone. Our devices weren't paired. I selected the file that I wanted to share, tapped share, chose Bluetooth, and selected the person's device. I was surprised when the file was successfully sent. How was this possible?

I accidentally downloaded a file and couldn't find a way to stop it. When I open "Downloads", it just shows me files in my Downloads folder. Is there any way to cancel files that are being downloaded? Thanks.
