    I had the same thing happen to me and I just flashed back to ICS and then my APN was back to pta, I then updated to JB and it is still the same with no problems now for 4 days.

    I am getting the same thing, tried full wipe, system format, pretty much every wipe possible and multiple flashing attempts. How do you get logcats? Thanks
