No it's the second boot because I restarted after the first boot because the Launcher kept force closing I haven't seen it restart the animation and the dots are moving

Ok I just reflashed to stock and then to SREv1.2.3 had a problem with Kies/MTP Crashing so I formatted my internal SD card and now I cannot connect to wifi. It says obtaining address then it doesn't do anything Any Ideas?
